Tourist Visa Requirements:

· Covering Letter

· 2 recent passport size photographs(white background-non glossy paper)

· Bank Statement of the last 6 months.

· Copy of the first 4 pages of the passport.

· Hotel reservation- A copy is required to be faxed directly to the Embassy

· Original ticket

· Copy of CNIC or Family “B” form-Nadra-computerized(incase of accompanying

children)

Business Visa Requirements:

· Covering Letter “with company stamp”

· Business Invitation letter-1 copy should be faxed directly to the Embassy

· 3 recent passport size photographs(white background-non glossy paper)

· Bank Statement of the last 6 months.

· Copy of the first 4 pages of the passport.

· Hotel reservation- A copy is required to be faxed directly to the Embassy

· Original ticket

· Copy of CNIC or Family “B” form-Nadra-computerized (incase of

accompanying children)
