· Covering Letter

· 2 recent passport size photographs

· 1st 4 pages of passport (Powder copy)

· Copy of CNIC

· Personal Appearance.

· Visa Fee Rs. 3125/ plus Rs. 200/- (Pay order to be made only by Habib Bank-zamzama

branch Karachi)

· Service charges: Rs. 500/-

· Medical card from any of the following:

· Invitation Letter ( 1 copy should be faxed directly to the Embassy)
