Tourist Visa Requirements

· A valid international passport (the validity of the passport has to

exceed the end of the proposed trip by at least three months) + 1

copy Passport + 1 copy national ID-card.

· 1 visa application form + 1 recent passport photograph

· Copy of CNIC

· An original invitation letter from a travel agency (with verifiable

references in Belgium);

· Proof of employment and proof of leave

· Ticket reservation

· AIG Insurance

· A hotel reservation; + 1 copy

· A detailed tourist program for the stay in Belgium

· Proof of sufficient financial means during the stay

- Credit card ; + 1 copy

- Personal salary slips (3 months)

- Personal bank account statements (6 months)

· Visa fee: Rs. 7200/-

· Service charges: Rs. 500/-

· FedEx charges: Rs. 2100/-

Business Visa Requirements

· A valid international passport (the validity of the passport has to exceed

the end of the proposed trip by at least three months) + 1 copy of the

passport + 1 copy of national ID-card

· 1 visa application form + 1 recent passport photograph

· Copy of CNIC

· An original invitation letter from a company established in Belgium along

with proof of previous commercial operations, if applicable.

· Proof of employment and a covering letter from the employing company

or organisation explaining the aims of the applicant’s visit to Belgium

· Ticket reservation

· Proof of sufficient financial means:

1. Personal

- Credit card ; + 1 copy

- Personal salary slips (3 months)

- Personal bank account statements (6 months)

AND/OR

2. Invitation letter from the Belgian company mentioning that they will

take full charge of all the expenses

· AIG Insurance

· Hotel reservation

· Visa fee: Rs. 7200/-

· Service charges: Rs. 500/-

· FedEx charges: Rs. 2100/-

Processing Time: 3 to 4 Weeks

Note:

· Visa applicants who are not Pakistani citizens have to present a residence

permit and a re-entry visa to Pakistan valid for at least 3 months after the

expiry date of the Schengen visa

· For minors (under 18) a parental permission
